Unfortunately this time after nasty ankle injury, wearing ace bandage, boot and walking with cruches I needed to get stuff for my pets. What a joke as not one employee offered assistance and no wheel chairs at front? might I recommend for people who might need one. And the whole front blocked off not safe for handicap people.
Walked in no assistance whatsoever to get what I needed and go just rude employees staying clear of customers.
Today was a sad experience to see the birds in cages being kept there for profit when they should be free in the wild. Hearing them through out the store was a sad sound.

I don't know how people shop PetSmart, it's significantly cheaper to use Amazon or chewy. Definitely recommend using the internet or a traveling to a place like Magoo's Pet Emporium.
Dogs love this place, especially smelling the rodent area and the dog treat area. Has pet obedience classes where you can try to train your pet to be obedient and fail then grow closer to your furry overlord.
