Would give 0 stars if option. My fiance and I were regular customers of all cottage inns and of this specific location. Woke up recently with severe food poisoning after ordering a $50 pizza order late the night before. Our medical professional suspects Listeria or Salmonella food poisoning, likely due to cross-contamination from either using same knife without cleaning after cutting chicken on someone's order or the beef on my fiances before cutting the pineapple on both of our pizzas, mine was strictly vegetarian. Called the location to warn them and let them know and were extremely rude and unapologetic. He replied "Ok." Then proceeding an awkward silence, "Haven't heard anything from anyone else." Probably because it was the knife they used on OUR pizzas that was contaminated. Deeply disturbed by the lack of care and will not be customers any longer. Contacting food health services and corporate.
Pizza is good but not worth the hassle. Orders consistently late and arrives cold. Go somewhere else for good pizza that can be delivered in a timely manner. Employees outright lie on the phone regarding issues.

No greeting as I walk through the door. Stood there about 5 minutes before someone acknowledged me. Will never be back.
I normally love Cottage Inn, but this location leaves much to be desired. Upon calling to place my order, the man who answered the call was less than friendly. I gave him very specific instructions on where to bring the order, since I was at work. The poor driver went to the wrong area, and had to come back around. He told me there were no instructions. The worst part was the pizza was not up to par. I will not order from this location again.
As part of the management team, Cottage Inn strongly urges those that have wrote this location off in the past year to go ahead and give them a shot again. They have revamped, and gotten rid of the employees that alot of of customers seemed to have an issue with. Enough was enough after having multiple complaints about the poor customer service and constant negativity that was portrayed at this location for so long. We hope that you will take this into consideration and try this location again.
