This has been the best dental care for my children. The dental team is fun, fast and friendly which not only put my children at ease but also teaches them great oral health!
If I could give them a 0 I would. The front desk doesn't do their job. Told me I owed nothing when I left, got a surprise bill in the mail a month later. They say as a curtesy they go through your insurance. They didn't even call mine until after all 4 of my kids appointments, sticking me with a bill that was unnecessary. I think the front desk girl Emily was new and didn't know what she was doing. If they would have done what they were supposed to do they would have been able to tell me my kids weren't due for a cleaning for another month.
Dentist was very rude to her staff. She is a good dentist, HOWEVER when we questioned her on a treatment for my daughter, She had her staff call us and tell us she will no longer work on my kids because we questioned her. VERY RUDE WOMAN. When somewhere else and are VERY HAPPY!
