Found a new place to do unlimited washes. I use to go to Jack's Car Wash, but since I moved into this area and found out about this place I'm happy. You can actually smell the soap too compared to Jak's soap.
Paid $65 for an incomplete detail and received hundreds of dollars in damage!!!
I went in to get a car detailing done for my first time ever here today. I regret it tremendously. First off, they are extremely rude. My husband & I were both given attitude, even though we were very polite and kind. They kept sighing & rolling their eyes at us. Their attitudes were none like professionals. They did not want to clean our car. They made us feel attacked & like we were an inconvenience and bothering them... I will gladly take my business to somewhere else where they have basic professional skills. At the end, the guy goes “pay me now” in a very rude tone, and makes a money gesture with his hands. On top of all of that, as if it could get any worse, our entire right side of our car has dirt stains all over it!!! It is more dirty than when we brought it in. The inside was done very quickly as well & there are probably 10 or more spots of dirt they missed. They totally half assed it. I will not be coming back. I do not recommend to anyone!
I love this place, they do a great job and their detail services are very thorough. I come here nearly every day. I have their unlimited club, $20 a month for unlimited car washes! Such a phenomenal deal and 4 locations close to my home!
They were nice enough to offer me a book of coupons!! Really?? like I would ever come back here. They said since there was a dent in my fender (pre-existing damage) there aren't liable to fix the bumper. THERE WAS NO DAMAGE TO THE BUMPER BEFORE THEY TOOK MY CAR!!!
They did not clean between the front seats and arm rest but maybe that is because they were too busy trying to REATTACH MY BUMPER!? My bumper was ripped off in the car wash. They pushed the bumper back on but all the clips are broken so when I drive it flaps in the wind like a damn wind charm!
Car wash here isn’t great, I left the car wash with some ice debris left unwashed on my Yukon. Car wash here isn’t pricey though.
